Sterling Professional Group provided interior trades as we worked with Thomarios Construction and Studio Techne Architects of Cleveland to on the Richard Sering Center and North Presbyterian Church Project, of the Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry (LMM) on Superior Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio.
Of this $5M project SPG provided $1.6M in interior trades and was happy to work on this 41,000 square foot project to allow the LMM to relocate from its previous building on West 25th St. and also house the new 4,400 square foot North Presbyterian Church relocating from East 40th Street's 125-year-old building.
