Cleveland State’s Campus Safety Building

25,000 Sq. Ft. Bakers Union Facility Gutted & Rebuilt as Campus Safety Building

Sterling Professional Group was proud to serve as the general contractor for the Campus Safety Building at Cleveland State University. The $3 million renovation project was completed with Ziska Architecture and included gutting a three-story, 25,000 square foot building, once home to Bakers Local 19, now known as the Campus Safety Building.

"Sterling did a great job. With different modes of construction used over the years, there was a mix of issues that needed to be dealt with. Structural repairs were needed. Floors needed fixed. And then they had to try to make it look like this is how the building was all along."

- Tania Anochin, project manager for the University Architect's office.

This project was featured in Properties Magazine March 2013 with quotes from Jeff Snodgrass, President of Sterling Professional Group as well as more history and details regarding the renovations For more information click here
